Hi
I have a syrian and there is a few things you need to look out for.
They tend to be very enigetic and sometimes bite alot.
They also need a big cage and the cage should not have those tubes
as the will get stuck as they grow and get bigger. The thing that is a must have is toys, food and water all the time.

if you want a syrian hamster there is 1 thing that you should know that at night they dotend to chew the bars and knaw alot of stuss so do have a cage that is sutable and is not that easy for the hamster to escape. my hamster did it so do get a very tough cahe
