I just got my first winter white hamster. When I got her she was Apparently when the store got her she was pregnant and had her babies and they were all adopted and the father was adopted but no one wanted the mommy so I brought her home. She is kind of chubby though and not very active. Any idea why she might be like this? Also, since she was alone I was wondering if it is ok to leave her alone or do I need to get her a friend? She is so cute and loveable. The salesperson told me she's been handled a lot and that's why she is so tame.
