It really depends what your looking for...I would say the most common 2 dwarfs i see in my career are the campbell's and the winter white, both very small and pretty friendly. I personally have 2 winter whites at the moment that i'm hoping to breed. The boy is slightly more friendly and easy to handle, where as the girl will usually just sit in your hand! They dont have much of a bit if your worried about that and they're pretty active...

I think ou should get a little baby winter white. Thats what I have, they are so cute and they live the longest.

it depends on your preferance put there is the roborovski which is the smallest hamster, chinese, russian dwarf that can come in tan-white-gray, or black-gray-and white mixture of colors, the siberian winter white which has gray-brown fur in summer and white and gray in winter   for images of the types u can go to google images
