Ok, so I got my dwarf hamster yesterday and I have the CritterTrail X cage for her. Problem is that she is terrified of going down the tubes. Last night we think she might have stayed in her wheel all night long. HELP!!! I don't want her to get stuck in one place all night and starve! Please help me!!! :sigh

mine did the same thing, so i put all his food up top, the first night. the 2nd night i put him and everything down bottom and closed it off so he couldnt get up top. then the next day i opened it up and he started goin up and down the tube with no problem

That happened with one of my hamsters he was sort of nervous give them some time if they don't come down put them at the bottom and let them go up if they want
