Help! My Hamster Has Escaped!

My chocolate syrian hamster is also on the run....i am using the bucket trick, no noise, no droppings, no hamster?  
 
She has been missing a day and the house is quite big. I have a bad feeling i might not see cocoa again? she is quite a curious and cheeky character but she has just vanished? ...help??

Hi. 
I am sooo sorry your syrian hamster escaped. My hamster escaped too, and I probably would have said the same thing as you. This is what I did: I put a little cup of food in every room, and checked each one in the morning. One was tipped over so I could determine what room she was in. After that I left her cage open in that spot and she climbed in at night when everyone was asleep, and we heard her making noise so we could go shut her cage. I really hope this helps you find Coa-co, and best of luck to the both of you!!
