Hi Meghan, 
 
Stuffing food in their cheeks is a natural thing for hamsters to do, as is gnawing on the bars of their cage. It has nothing to do with her mood, but everything to do with instinct and the fact that hamster teeth never stop growing so they need to gnaw on something to keep the length of their teeth at a reasonable level :)

thanx for ur reply but i dont think i will get another hammy its kinda put me off didnt think i would of got so attatched xx

hi adam u sent me an email who i think was for someone else it was addressed to kaitlin about her hammy not eating ,just thought u should know incase she is waiting on her reply from u as i am thankyou x
